1. Scope and acceptance

These terms and conditions govern every order placed on mehradart.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and that you accept them in full.

2. Who we are

mehradart.com is operated by Mehrad, a digital artist based in Italy. Contact: sonomehrad1996@gmail.com · Instagram @mehrad_content.

3. Products and delivery

All products offered on this site are digital files in PDF format containing Midjourney style-reference (SREF) codes and visual examples. No physical goods are supplied and nothing is shipped. Performance of the contract begins immediately upon completion of your payment: a download page is made available to you at once and a "View your purchase" email is sent to the address used at checkout. You may return to your files at any time at download.mehradart.com by entering the same email address and the one-time sign-in code that will be sent to you.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices on the site are displayed in USD; at checkout you may pay in your local currency where this option is offered. For customers in the European Union and in most other countries the amount shown at checkout already includes any applicable tax, whereas for customers in the United States any applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and are sold through Link, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement as "LINK.COM* MEHRAD ART".

5. Licence and intellectual property

Upon payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the files and the SREF codes they contain for your own use, in your personal or professional projects. The files and their contents are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Mehrad. You may not resell, rent, lend, share, publish, upload, distribute or otherwise make the files or the code collections available to any third party, whether free of charge or against payment, in whole or in part, including through websites, marketplaces, social media, file-sharing or messaging platforms. Any such unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these terms and an infringement of copyright and will be pursued with all legal remedies available under applicable law, including claims for damages and takedown requests.

6. Orders, performance and cancellation

6.1 In view of the digital nature of the products and of the fact that performance of the contract, namely the making available of the files, begins immediately upon completion of payment, each order is deemed to have been fully performed at the moment the download page is made available to you, with the consequence that, save as provided in paragraph 6.2 below or as mandatorily required by the consumer law applicable in your country of residence, orders are final and no reimbursement of the price shall be due on account of a subsequent change of mind, of the non-use of the files, or of a purchase made in error.

6.2 Should a file prove to be defective, impossible to open or materially different from its description on this site, you are invited to notify us at the address indicated in section 2 within fourteen (14) days of the purchase, providing the order reference and a description of the problem, whereupon we shall, within a reasonable time, supply a corrected file or, where correction proves impossible, refund the price paid.

6.3 Requests concerning the payment transaction itself may also be addressed to Link, in its capacity as merchant of record, through the link contained in your receipt; Link assesses such requests in accordance with its own purchase terms.

6.4 Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be excluded or restricted under the consumer law of your country of residence.

7. About SREF codes

SREF codes are style references for Midjourney. The results you obtain depend on your own prompts and settings and on Midjourney's models, which Midjourney may modify at any time. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Midjourney.

8. Privacy

In order to deliver your purchase we process your name, email address and billing details through Stripe and Link (payment), Resend (order and sign-in emails) and Cloudflare (download page). This data is used solely to deliver your files, send order-related emails and provide support, and is never sold. For any request concerning your data, including its deletion, write to sonomehrad1996@gmail.com.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free service, to count anonymous page visits.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand, in anonymised form, how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and page layout) so that we can improve it. Personal details are masked, and for visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland Clarity does not set cookies without consent. 9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Amendments and governing law

We may amend these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside.
